- Supportive relationships?
- Better health?
- Enough resources to do what you want to do?
- The ability to develop your creative potential?
- Knowing how to set and achieve your goals?
If we don’t decide what our goals actually are, and concentrate on working towards them, then someone else will decide them for us.
What skills and knowledge do we need in order to have a good life? What hinders our progress? As we are not born with an instruction manual on what makes us tick, we have to learn as we go along. Fortunately in the past twenty years a great deal has been learned about how the brain functions and how it can change. Everyone can learn skills to improve their life.
Sharpe Thinking provides a variety of engaging workshops, seminars and one-to-one sessions based on the latest research and practices on how to improve wellbeing and life satisfaction.
The workshops have been developed over 10 years at the University of Cambridge.
