Attaining Peak Performance

two-day workshop, spread over a week

WHY?

This two-day course develops the skills that build resilience to the challenges of a fast changing environment and encourages a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude. Self efficacy is a key skill in today’s organisational environment. By learning how to boost our own mental and physical energy levels, in a natural way, we can regenerate motivation and improve our attitude to personal learning and development. We can also inspire those who report to us or work with us.

Research shows that stress encourages entrenchment in old habits and prevents an openness to new methods and ways of working. It also saps morale and motivation.

In learning the emotional and developmental skills appropriate for current conditions, staff can learn to take more initiative in helping the organisation adapt to the current conditions. These skills also develop leadership potential and creative thinking.
