1. Sustaining Peak Performance
This two-day workshop on the basics of mind-body connection, developed at the University of Cambridge, is run over a week to encourage the assimilation of new skills. There is a half-day follow up workshop six months later to monitor and encourage the practice and development of the newly acquired skills.
2. New Start
This two-day workshop is designed for men and women approaching retirement or who have already retired. New Start will give you the tools to transition to this interesting new phase in your life. Based on the latest research into neuroplasticity, the effect of exercise on the brain, nutrition to improve cognitive powers and mindfulness meditation, you can look forward to possibly the best years of your life. Using your mental and physical energies in a productive way will improve your quality of life and attractiveness at this age of wisdom. We will look at how to organise your time usefully, develop new social networks, keep the brain agile and active, and generally be a productive member of society.
