Sustaining Peak Performance
This workshop teaches the key practical skills necessary to flourish. It includes the basics of neuroplasticity (how the brain adapts to new events), how to build stress hardiness, stay sharp and be energised. It can be customised to the specific needs of your organisation.
Research shows that chronic stress or overstimulation lead to accidents, poor judgment and depression. It undermines cooperation and confidence. Learn how to build mental and physical resilience to it. Take back control.
