Sustaining Peak Performance

Why?

You need to know how to operate at your best to survive in today’s challenging environment. This two-day workshop in transferable skills and personal leadership has been developed over a number of years at the University of Cambridge. It is spread over a week to allow for the practice of new skills and for peer group coaching.

It includes such skills as communicating to influence, coping under pressure, time and conflict management. The aim is to equip participants with the keys skills required for higher levels of responsibility in a complex and changing environment.

Self-efficacy is the main skill for today’s dynamic organisations. You will learn how to boost your own mental and physical energy levels without the need for drugs, to generate motivation, release unhealthy habits, boost your influencing skills and improve your attitude to life in general.

Research shows that chronic stress leads to accidents, costly mistakes and illness. It blocks creativity, learning and an openness to new methods and ways of working. It also saps morale, motivation and confidence.
