WHY?

This workshop is designed for senior managers and partners of professional firms.

WHAT?

The purpose is to examine the concepts of wisdom, integrity and leadership and their practice today.

W: Worldview examined

Who are we? Who are our heroes? What are our values? Do we live up to them? Are we making a difference in the world? How can we improve our organisation in the coming years?

I: Influencing skills and intercultural exchange

How do we deal with people different from us? Is there a right or a wrong outcome? What strategies do we need to employ to achieve a win-win outcome? How do we make decisions? How to build trust and maintain it in the face of crises and change?

S: Stress response and its effect on an organisation

Effective ways to reduce stress in the workplace and improve productivity and the engagement of key stakeholders. How to deal effectively with a conflict of loyalties. How to consider the succession of key staff in the coming years.

E: Excellence and enterprise

By regenerating our motivation to improve ourselves at all levels, we can effectively add years to our life, encourage creative solutions to present challenges and mentor future generations in strategic leadership.

The course is run as a follow-up to the two-day Sustaining Peak Performance course where certain foundational concepts and skills will have been explored. Experienced practitioners from the world of politics, business and diplomacy will participate in this course.
